1) Senior Manager – P&M

  • Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 10–14 Years
  • Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant & machinery management for large highway projects
  • Equipment deployment, maintenance & utilization
  • Cost control (repairs, spares, fuel consumption)
  • Coordination with site teams, procurement & vendors

2) Senior Manager – Liaisoning

  • Qualification: Graduate
  • Experience: 10–14 Years
  • Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaisoning with government departments, NHAI & local authorities
  • Managing approvals, permits & statutory clearances
  • Land acquisition & right-of-way coordination
  • Ensuring timely compliance to avoid project delays

3) Manager – Planning & Billing

  • Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 10–14 Years
  • Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project scheduling & work programme preparation
  • Progress monitoring and reporting
  • RA bills, client billing & variation claims
  • Reconciliation and delay analysis
  • SAP software knowledge mandatory

4) Assistant Manager – Accounts

  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
  • Experience: 6–9 Years
  • Positions: 4

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site accounts management
  • Vendor bills, payments & expense control
  • GST compliance and TDS deductions
  • Books of accounts & audit support
  • Coordination with HO finance team
  • Hands-on SAP knowledge mandatory

5) Deputy Manager – HR & Admin

  • Qualification: MBA / PGDM – Human Resource Management
  • Experience: 10–14 Years
  • Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project-based HR & administration management
  • Payroll coordination & statutory compliance
  • Labour law compliance
