We are looking to hire final-year diploma students from the following engineering streams:

- Environmental / Environmental Health & Safety
- Industrial Safety / Fire Safety
- Instrumentation & Control
- Mechanical
- Mechatronics
- Mining
- Survey
TRAINING DETAILS
- Training Period: 12 Months (On-the-Job Training)
- Commencement: From Date of Joining
COMPENSATION (CTC Per Annum)
- Office-Based Posting: ₹2,50,000/-
- Project Site-Based Posting: ₹2,97,000/-
ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES
Academics
- 3-Year / 6-Semester Full-Time Diploma after SSC / HSC
- Minimum 60% Aggregate
- Students completing diploma by 30th June 2026 are eligible
- Sandwich courses not accepted
- Candidates with Graduation (Engineering/Science/Arts) before or after diploma are not eligible
Mode of Study
- Only Full-Time Diploma students eligible
- Part-Time / Correspondence not allowed
Backlogs / Arrears
- No past or live backlogs
- All subjects must be cleared in first attempt
- Any re-appearance is treated as backlog
Age Criteria
- Born between 1 July 2004 and 30 June 2008 (both dates inclusive)
Nationality
- Only Indian Nationals eligible
Medical Fitness
- Final selection subject to medical fitness as per company guidelines
