Positions: AE / SE / Manager / Sr. Manager (Contracts & Claims)
Experience: 05 to 15 Years
Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- PG Diploma fron NICMAR (Preferable)
- LLB (Preferable)
- 5-15 years of Experience in Contracts & Claims.
- Strong knowledge in Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Indian Contract Act.
Location:
- Head Office, Hyderabad
- Regional Office – PAN India
- Project Sites – PAN India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contracts Management:
- Handling Contractual Correspondence
- Drafting / Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) applications, Verting,
- Drafting replies to Clients notices.
- Prepration of Delay Analysis
- Interpretation of Contract clauses.
- Review of final bills
Claims Management:
- Preparation of Prolongation and variation claims.
- Prepration of Statement of Claims and other pending in Arbitration and Conciliation proceedings.
- Coordination and discussions with advocates for claim submissions.
- Supporting the Legal team in preparation of applications / counter applications under Section 34 & 37 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act and other related applications.
- FIDIC is required.
