Position Details
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Civil
- Role Overview: GETs will be part of active project execution teams and will receive practical exposure to core civil engineering activities, working under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site execution, measurements, and supervision of civil works
- Support preparation of DPRs, BOQs, drawings, and technical reports
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and project timelines
- Maintain site records and support progress monitoring
Skills & Attributes
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals and construction practices
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Willingness to work at project sites
- Strong learning mindset, communication skills, and teamwork ability
Qualification & Experience
- B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Minimum 60% aggregate
- Fresh pass-outs or final-semester candidates
- Experience: 0–1 year
