Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment for multiple EPC infrastructure projects
  • Drive bulk hiring and critical position hiring for Project Sites and Corporate Office
  • Partner with senior project leadership on manpower strategy

EPC Infrastructure Hiring Exposure

  • Recruit for Metro Rail Projects, Highway Projects (EPC / HAM / BOT), Railways, Bridges, and Tunnels
  • Understand project-specific skill requirements, client approvals, and deployment norms
  • Ensure hiring aligns with contractual and client requirements

Sourcing & Stakeholder Management
