TCE has an urgent requirement for experienced professionals for its 765 KV D/C Transmission Line Project in Gujarat.
Open Positions
1. Team Lead – Substation
Location: Gujarat
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Electrical (Full-Time)
Experience: 15 to 20 Years
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong technical expertise in EHV/HV substations (Design, Construction & Commissioning)
- Experience handling 132 KV to 765 KV AIS / GIS substations
- Preparation and review of SLDs, grounding layouts, and substation layouts
- Leadership capability to manage engineers and site teams
- Project coordination including budget, timelines, quality, and safety
- Effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and project specifications
2. Construction Manager – Transmission & Distribution
Location: Gujarat
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Electrical (Full-Time)
Experience: 15 to 20 Years
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
- Experience in large-scale power projects, preferably overseas (Transmission Lines & Substations)
- End-to-end management of site construction activities
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA) and quality compliance
- Control of project schedules, budgets, and materials
- Coordination with engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Issue resolution and regular reporting to project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with high-voltage electrical standards and regulations
