Project: Road Infrastructure Projects – Admin Office Roles
Open Positions:
1. Senior Engineer (Civil)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Locations: Gandhinagar | Vadodara | Surat | Ahmedabad | Rajkot | Mehsana
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & control project progress, quality, cost, and safety
- Plan & schedule deliverables, manage risks
- Data analysis, reporting, dashboards, presentations
- Lead & mentor junior engineers
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality norms
2. Civil Engineer
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Locations: Gandhinagar | Vadodara | Ahmedabad | Rajkot | Mehsana
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil works on-site as per drawings & schedules
- Prepare progress reports, measurements, and quality checks
- Data analysis, costing, Excel-based reports
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Assist Senior Engineers in planning & coordination
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel & analytical ability
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge of codes, safety, and quality standards
- Leadership & team management (for Senior Engineer)
- Civil/Structural domain expertise
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred for Senior Engineer)
- Relevant field/project management experience
